Peace Be With You
I woke up this morning snuggled up to my sweet Baby Bird, nursed her back to sleep and decided to grab my phone to see if J had emailed me this morning at work. Before I checked I logged on to Facebook and the posts that flooded my newsfeed stopped me in my tracks. Early this morning, at 3:40am, an amazing and beloved friend passed away. He was and still is an incredible inspiration and real life superhero to many who knew him. Aaron was a phenomenal friend and I am so grateful to have known him. Aaron will be missed but his life will continue to inspire and bring…

The Unveiled Wife Book Review
I’ve been following The Unveiled Wife for a few years now and found her posts inspiring and close to home. She shares her faith, marriage and life like an open book and I truly appreciate that about her. She does no different in this book about her relationship with her husband and how her faith has helped in her intimacy with him. When you first get married you have big dreams about what your life is going to entail, that includes how you simply will just live with your husband… and most of the time, and I don’t mean this in a bad way, but you usually become a bit disappointed…

The Love Letters Book Review
This is a new book by Beverly Lewis and personally I’m hoping this one, like so many of her other books, becomes another series. This book is about a girl named Marlena who goes to stay with her grandmother after her grandfather’s passing. While there her sister, who is no longer a part of the Amish community, gets into a car accident and Marlena is asked to care for her baby niece. She’s sure it will only be for a short time until her sister passes away. Marlena not only goes through the grief of her sister’s passing but finds that this new precious baby in her life may change…

Chasing Sunsets Book Review
Yes! Another Karen Kingsbury book, and this is actually the second book in the Angels Walking Series. You can find my review of the first book HERE. This book follows the journey of Mary Catherine, the roommate of Sami. She enjoys charity work and living a simpler life than that of her parents. She believes and wants to stay single, but a budding romance threatens that… and when she believes she may be ready for a serious relationship, she receives heartbreaking news from her doctor. Karen never disappoints me, she continues to write inspiring stories and introducing us to fictional characters that keep you begging for more! If you’re looking…

Love Inspired books have never failed to provide wonderful and heartwarming stories, I started reading these shortly after I married J and even started having them delivered monthly for a while. I was never disappointed, they are inspiring, uplifting and you never have to worry about inappropriate themes or romance. For the month of May, Love Inspired is offering two box sets, all are phenomenal books! The first box includes The Rancher Takes a Bride, The Single Dad Finds a Wife, and Bachelor to the Rescue. The second box includes The Doctor’s Second Chance, Winning the Teacher’s Heart, and A Firefighter’s Promise. My personal favorite, of these six books, was The Rancher Takes a Bride… but…
