Saw this fun blogging link up on a friend’s blog… you can read about her Proud Mama moments on her blog, A Work in Progress! Anyways, so this past week Boogie has taken off! She’s officially a toddler… which is both exciting and depressing all at the same time! So we celebrated by buying her some new shoes. And no child of mine can go without a pair of chucks! I also decided to try wrapping again… in the past several months it’s been impossible to wrap Boogie. She stretches her legs and I haven’t been able to get a good seat under her when I back wrap her… but…

No more blogging until this cold kicks the curb. Bah humbug.

Day One: Self-Portrait I planned to wait until J got home so that I could take a picture of myself dressed, showered, and not looking like… well a stay at home mom I guess lol. I changed my mind though. This is me. At 5:30 in the morning after a LONG night of trying to get Boogie to stay asleep. Hair is messy, no make-up (not that I wear it that often), pj’s on, and easily accessible “boos” for the girl baby. At least I managed to brush my teeth this morning, right? Right?! 

Well, it seems like every other night Boogie has a good night… and then a bad one. Last night wasn’t too bad actually. She went down a little early because she hasn’t been napping well (thanks to our wonderful LOUD neighbors), so she was asleep by 7… woke up twice between then and 10 but J got her back to sleep fairly quickly both times. Then she didn’t wake up until 1:45! And then she woke up at 3:30 and we didn’t get her back to sleep until almost 4:15. J finally got her back to sleep for me and she slept til almost 6. I was too tired to…
