Spellbinders Celebra’tion Collection Review & Giveaway
Spellbinders is a paper craft company that specializes in greeting cards, scrapbook pages and other miscellaneous media including treat bags, place cards, and etc. This particular collection, Spellbinders Celebra’tion was inspired by designer Richard Garay’s passion for paper crafts, event hosting and handmade greetings. All of his collection are coordinated in bright, vivid colors to make your creations fun and easy to make.
Purex sent me two sets of kits to try out, as well as a stamp set that I will be giving away at the bottom of this post! (Hurray!) The middle set is a treat bag project, the one on the right is a card creation set.
The first set I tried out was for the Celebrate Party Hat Card, the supplies used were the Golden Glow Cardstock (yellow), the Whirl White Cardstock, the Cool Caribbean Cardstock (blue), Captivating Coral Cardstock (pink flowers), Prints Cardstock (pink polka dot), Sea Spray Ink (Celebrate stamp ink), Linen Thread, Create-a-Cone Die Template (used to create hat), Enhanced Banner Die Template (used to make Celebrate banner), and Many Words Stamp Set (used to stamp Celebrate – this particular stamp is included in the set I’m giving away!). Also used were some Foam Scrapbook Squares by 3L and some sequins.
This card was super simple to make, it took me all of about 10 minutes to gather my supplies and put it together!
And the final product with sequins! Again, super easy and simple to make!
The second set I tried was for a Best Day Ever Treat Bag, the supplies used were the Pixie Play Cardstock (green), Whirl White Cardstock, Build-a-Tag One Die Template (used for green tag), Fun Tags Stamp Set (used for Celebration tag), Odacious Orange Ink (used for Celebration tag), Pretty Plum Ink (used for spare Celebration tag and Best Day Ever Print), Pixie Play Ink (used for Happy Day Print) and Linen Thread. Other products used were foam scrapbooking squares by 3L and a Kraft paper bag.
This was even quicker to create than the card (mind you my tags and such were all cut out and stamped for me), it took me about 2 minutes to create and finish my treat bag.
Now for the giveaway! As I mentioned before I have the Many Words Stamp Set to giveaway! These are clear polymer stamps from the Celebra’tion Collection. If you win this set you’ll need to order an acrylic block so you can use your new stamps!

My daughter is 17 but I think she would like this. She’s very crafty and likes stuff like this.
