ESV Illuminated Bible Review & Giveaway
I’ve always loved coloring and outlining different verses and sections in my bible as I study and listen to sermons. I love that Bible Journaling has become a huge thing and that so many people are artistically coloring, drawing, writing, and adding life and color to their bibles as a way to enhance their bible study and quiet time with the Lord. I received this amazing Bible to review called the ESV Illumiated Bible – it’s the Art Journaling Edition, and let me just say how GORGEOUS this bible is. It comes in a box sleeve and the cover is a navy cloth with gold lettering. The details just on…

Matthew West – All In Album Review & Giveaway!
Have you ever given something your all? Given your family your all? Given your job your all? Given God your all? That is what Matthew West’s new album, All In is about! When writing this new album, Matthew’s goal was to not only encourage himself, but to encourage others to get up and really live out your faith. My favorite two songs are Broken Things and All In (click on the links to watch a video…

Laura Story “Open Hands” Album Review and Giveaway!
I’ve got another great album for you to check out! Laura Story just released her new album, Open Hands and I could not be more excited to share it with you! This is one of my FAVORITE worship songs right now, and her version is phenomenal! Open Hands is a sequel of sorts to Story’s 2013 album, God of Every Story. You’ll hear many different artists throughout her tracks, including Matt Redman, Matt Maher and Seth Mosley! The title track features guest vocals from Mac Powell of…

Kari Jobe “The Garden” Album Review and GIVEAWAY!
Kari Jobe has just released one of the best albums I’ve heard in a while. The Garden, inspired by Jobe’s grief and transition as a new mother, experiencing the loss of her sister’s stillborn daughter (while Jobe was pregnant with her first child, Canyon), and her restoration from that grief through God’s promises. The songs on this album are beautiful, you can absolutely feel the heartache, the triumph and the redeeming love of God in her lyrics and gorgeous voice. The namesake of this album, the song The Garden, is an amazing song about how, just like in a garden that through the seasons change, wither and sprout back up again, we often…

The Beginner’s Bible Review & Giveaway!
Now that Boogie is an excellent little reader (and she really really loves it!), I’ve been on the hunt for a book or curriculum to use for her Bible lessons. When I came across The Beginner’s Bible I knew that it would be perfect for her…. the book is a bible for little ones, with simple to read stories that go in the correct order that’s in a typical Bible. Boogie LOVES it. There are some bigger words that she needs help with, but otherwise she can do this daily reading on her own, then discuss what she learned with me after! The illustrations are bright, colorful and vivid, any child…
