Kari Jobe has just released one of the best albums I’ve heard in a while. The Garden, inspired by Jobe’s grief and transition as a new mother, experiencing the loss of her sister’s stillborn daughter (while Jobe was pregnant with her first child, Canyon), and her restoration from that grief through God’s promises. The songs on this album are beautiful, you can absolutely feel the heartache, the triumph and the redeeming love of God in her lyrics and gorgeous voice.
