Hello 2014!
Hi! It’s been a while, right?! I really missed blogging, but I’m thankful that I made the decision to take a few weeks to enjoy the holiday season and my sweet babies! It’s been a crazy month for us… lots of big changes! My last few posts were about Bubby turning ONE… still can’t believe that! J celebrated his 27th birthday, we did so by going to see this really awesome light show in town. Rough Week
I really haven’t had a great week. One thing I hate about being pregnant is how emotional it makes me, all my feelings and emotions become overpowering sometimes and this week has been the worst week I’ve had in quite a while. Boogie is very much like me, she is stubborn, headstrong, and all of that on top of being a toddler who struggles to communicate what she wants (despite having a huge vocabulary) equals a little girl who is absolutely miserable most days. Just An Update
I haven’t had much time to blog these days… I mean I’ve blogged more than I had been, but not as much as I would like! School is kicking my butt, I’m taking 2 sets of 8 week classes, but that doesn’t mean less work. The classes are full semester courses condensed into 8 weeks, so that’s double the reading and double the assignments. It’s hard to keep up with all of that, chase after a WALKING (yes, walking) toddler, take care of house and home… and still manage to find time to do something for just ME. Life As I Know It
I’m determined. Tomorrow is a new day… and I WILL get into a routine starting then. Even if Boogie has to be worn all day… I WILL get stuff done! I have so much laundry to do, our room is a mess, my computer desk nook/area is a disaster… and it’s driving me bonkers! I’m In No Hurry
I’ve been thinking a lot about my little girl today… how fast she is growing, how quickly she is learning new things… and then I think about the other children we plan on having and growing our family. What will they be like? Will we have all girls? Will we have any boys? What will they do when they grow up? Who will they marry? These have been circling through my head all day, and it just so happens that when I opened my devotion book today, it was about not being in a hurry for my baby to grow up.
