1. What is the name of your blog? Mustard Seed Mommy

What do you love most about blogging? Putting my family’s memories and special moments into one place… I love that I can go back and read about Boogie as a baby and while I’m not putting quite as much into the blog about Bubby’s baby days, I am putting the most important things! It’s also nice that family and friends who are out of state can be part of the kids’ lives as they grow…. AND my kids can read my blog someday and have a place to remember EVERYTHING!

3. Why did you start blogging? When I first started blogging in 2008, it was to document our move from NC to TN… and from there it grew into what it is today!

4. What is something you’d want to tell someone just starting out in the blog world? If you want to become a blogger, just dive right in! There’s a place for EVERYONE in the blogging world! You don’t have to skyrocket your writing into something like The Pioneer Woman (LOVE her!) or any of the other popular blogs out there… it can be just for you or for people who enjoy the same things you do!

5. Biggest blogging learning experience you’ve had? Don’t let other people’s opinions of you affect your life… if I allowed negative comments (both in life AND on this blog) to get me down I wouldn’t be who I am today… I am doing what I love, and that’s what matters.
