Reading Bingo Freebie

When Boogie started learning how to read, we had no problem getting her to practice and read books. She adores books, I have no doubt that when I don’t hear her or see her running around the house, she probably has her nose buried in a book!

Bubby however, is a very reluctant reader. He does really well, he’s learning well, but he’s just not super interested. Reading is something I want all of my children to love, so I’ve had to get really creative to find ways to get him excited to read. One of those ways was by creating a Reading BINGO game! We are going to print this out and for every square he completes he will get a sticker to place over it. Once the board is filled he will get a special treat for finishing his reading challenges! You can utilize this however you’d like, it’s such a simple way to get them excited to read. Some months I may just reward him with extra video game time, other months I might have a special toy or outing planned as a reward.
