Hello 2014!
Hi! It’s been a while, right?! I really missed blogging, but I’m thankful that I made the decision to take a few weeks to enjoy the holiday season and my sweet babies! It’s been a crazy month for us… lots of big changes! My last few posts were about Bubby turning ONE… still can’t believe that! J celebrated his 27th birthday, we did so by going to see this really awesome light show in town. Precious Moments
These past couple of weeks have been rough, Bubby isn’t sleeping well (though there was ONE night he actually slept 4 1/2 hours in his bed!), Boogie has been emotional and clingy… it’s just been stressful and overwhelming to say the least. When my children get this way, they drive me CRAZY, the constant need to be held, the whining, the complaining, the screaming (that’s Bubby’s go to sound when he is MAD), just everything! Chill in the Air
It’s that time of year… it’s getting colder and colder and our trips to the park and playing outside are less and less frequent. How depressing is that?!?! I have a feeling that in our neck of the woods we will be getting a very cold and snowy winter. I like to LOOK at snow falling, I however don’t like getting out in it. Cold, wet, cold… did I mention cold? We are taking every advantage we can to get outside! Thought I’d share a few pics from this week to get you through until my next post… a review and GIVEAWAY! She is Beautiful
A few months back I read a blog post on why you should not tell your daughter she is beautiful. I was dumbfounded. How could you NOT tell your daughters they are beautiful? Now, I can understand that the word beautiful, just like love, can be tossed around without true meaning. But never, not once when I tell my sweet Boogie that is BEAUTIFUL do I not mean it. I mean it every time, and always will. Bubby is 11 Months(!) and Family Fall Photos
My monster is 11 months old today… I’m in shock. Seriously? He’s almost one! And not only that, but Boogie is almost THREE. My sweet babies are growing up! We took the kids to my mom and dad’s to take some fall pictures and so I could do Bubby’s 11 month pics with Max the Monkey (if you haven’t noticed, I’ve been taking his monthly pics with his monkey we named Max… Scentsy buddies are AWESOME!).
