My last post was in December of 2020 and I don’t really have a good reason aside from life just being busy with a new little one in our home and homeschooling our children as they’ve gotten older. Last weekend my husband decided to plan a surprise backyard camping adventure for the kids. He popped up the tent, made a campfire and we enjoyed some music and roasted s’mores that evening. I love watching him make memories with the kids, so I decided to take advantage of some quiet and spent the night inside. It was so quiet! And I was able to sleep in complete darkness (the littles are afraid of the dark, and so we leave the bathroom light on for them). It was a wonderful time for all!
